Squat day! Ready to improve your squat form and PBs? Then look no further than our bootylicious squat days. We'll get those legs and booty pumping so you'll be the centre of attention, every time you walk into a room.
Chest day is here! Do you want to learn how to bench press? Do you want to have pecs that turn heads? Do you want to have a stronger bench than ever before? Then this is the class for you! After we have worked on your bench press, we go into unilateral and secondary compound upper body work, and then end your session with a sweaty finisher, guaranteed to have you gasping for air!
Do you want to get sweaty? Work on your Cardiovascular Endurance? This workout combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises, to leave you huffing and puffing with endorphins flowing!
Butt & Back day! Do you want to learn how to deadlift? Do you want to deadlift 200kg? Do you want a strong posterior chain? Then this is the class for you! Starting with structured deadlift sets, we then focus on unilateral secondary compound leg and back work, giving you the best glute pump you can imagine.
Upper body day is here! Do you want to learn how to do a pull up? Do you want to improve your upper body strength? Do you want to progress over time with your shoulder press? Do you want arms that are the envy of everyone else? Then this is the workout for you.
Our Super Saturday session is here. 1 hour of science-driven High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is sure to get your heart pumping. Featuring a mix of intense activities with lower-intensity functional exercises, your body will be treated to the ultimate full-body workout.
